About
Meg’s work often centres on women’s stories and carving out space for them within extreme and adventure sports. This is rooted in her own experience, leading her to co-found Skateboobs, a female and queer skate collective.
Her documentary work includes White Horses, a surf film created with Red Bull and ROXY, following surfer Emily Grimes. The film is now available on Amazon Prime and reflects Meg’s instinct for capturing intimate, character-led stories within expansive natural landscapes.
More recently, Meg was awarded Young Scottish Filmmaker of the Year 2026 at GSFF for her short documentary Mother’s Influence, further cementing her voice as a filmmaker drawn to honest, personal storytelling.
Alongside her documentary work, Meg directs commercial projects for brands including Three Mobile, ASICS, and Stella Artois - bringing a documentary sensibility to each, and creating films that feel both authentic and visually striking.
